Science
Dreams of interstellar flight must start somewhere. The next century could see an enormous expansion of the human prospect by opening up the resources of our solar system. Doing that demands an infrastructure meeting many requirements -- high ship velocities, radiation shielding, robust crew and passenger health systems, training for long duration missions, robotics and certainly, long range financial investment. How can we to do it?
